Shaping Space with Story

Architectural & Improvements Design
At the University of Maryland, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, and in the summer, began my internship at William Morgan Architects—a practice celebrated for its poetic, earth-integrated work. That summer remains a career touchstone.

Not long before, I had lived in Spain while studying piano and solfeggio at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid. That year was formative—architecturally as well as musically. I spent holidays exploring castles, cathedrals, and ancient ruins across Spain, England, and France. I stayed in historic paradores, visited the Royal Palace of Madrid, and commuted by metro each day to my job in the Edificio España, located on one of Madrid’s most beautiful historic plazas. These layered experiences shaped a lifelong relationship with space and meaning.

A decade of office work followed graduation—drafting, interpreting construction documents, and assisting with cost estimating on large-scale projects. The work was steady but uninspiring. Eventually, exhaustion and illness brought that chapter to a close—and led to a reimagining of what a career in architecture could be.

Current Scope

Today, I approach architecture as a symbolic and conceptual discipline, inseparable from art, lyrics, music, and metaphysics. I am no longer engaged in the technical side of practice—but I love collaborating with designers on projects that call for soul, symbolism, or creative clarity.

I enjoy supporting the early phases of design, when a spark of new insight can lift a project out of stillness. My contributions are idea-driven and imaginative, not technical.

Licensure & Credentials

Not licensed as a State of Washington architecture business.
Not currently practicing architecture.

Collaborative Designer

Projects may include large land planning concepts, mid-scale collaborative consultation, or even creative interiors support.
My role is imaginative and insight-driven—not technical. I do not prepare, stamp nor sign construction drawings.
I bring an eye for meaning, pattern and possibility—especially in early concept design.

The Poetics of Space

Architecture, for me, is no longer just structure—it is emotion, memory, and meaning. I often explore this through music and metaphor. In songs like "The Temple on the Hill", "Diamond in the Sky", "Seeking Dawn", and "The Open Square", I reflect on the soul of buildings and their silent dialogue with spirit.

“Oh the whispers of the ancient stone
Echoes of a golden age
In the marble veins alone
Live the wisdom of the sage”

”Columns rise in harmony they speak
Doric dressed in flutes stands tall”

“In the northeast square find inspiration clear
Put your image there, let the magic appear”

“Through a window the sun starts its gentle climb
Golden hues painting dreams in real-time”

”Every corner holds a secret divine
Whispers of earth and stars that shine”

”Open square breathe the cosmic air
Unity drawn from everywhere
Spiritual balance beyond compare
In the center grid nothing can compare”
