Rooted in Japan’s esoteric traditions, Reiki is a gentle spiritual practice that supports well-being through daily intention, meditation, and energy work. Mikao Usui’s original system emphasized inner clarity—*Anshin Rytsu Mei*—a peaceful mind and purposeful living. While Reiki has often been known for healing, its foundation is personal understanding and spiritual balance.
My metaphysical studies bring together symbolic systems, sacred space, and subtle energy. Though I no longer offer Reiki-based services publicly, the training continues to inform the way I understand both form and spirit.
